In Home Staging Consultation

Consultations consist of 1-2 hours of an assessment of your home with your budget in mind. A verbal step by step action plan  emphasizing on de-cluttering, furniture placement, color, additions that may be needed, focal points, and the flow of the home. This will also include a photo session of your home for the purpose of a written guide that will be delivered within 24-48 hours of consultation.

The consultation fee is $150. (Half of the consultation fee will be applied to actual staging time spent in the home if hired for Full or Half day staging)

Online Staging Consultation

We have something for everyone, regardless of where you live. Our online consultation is very much like our in home consultation. The only difference is you send us pictures. After sending 4-6 pictures of each area/rooms in your home you will be emailed a written step by step guide of how to stage your own home. This will be a combination of de-cluttering, furniture placement, paint colors, additions recommended.. The written guide will be emailed within 24-48 hours after photo submissions have been received.

The Online Staging Consultation fee is $75.

STAGING

After the written guide has been delivered, we will create an action plan. This is where you are the boss! We know everyone's budget and everyone's home is very different. You and I will discuss and decide what is best for you and your home. Let us do the work! We will our time wisely and begin the staging process, starting with the room most desired to stage. We may de-clutter, rearrange, and bring in accessories and furniture if needed. Thus creating the wow factor needed to sell your home! We offer half days and full days of staging to better use your time and budget. And of course these may be combined. 

Staging fee is $75 an hour. (Minimum of 2 hours)

Half Day Staging

A half day of staging is a day in action, using the staging guidelines stated above. 

Half Day Staging fee is $75 an hour (Up to 4 hours)

Full Day of Staging

A full day of staging is very much like the half day of staging, just more hours to make a bigger impact. Because every home is different, there may be more days needed to have your entire home staged, therefore we can create the perfect staging plan around your timeline.

Full day Staging fee is $75 an hour (Up to 8 hours)

We have the time and expertise to find the perfect accessories and furnishings to accent and attract the perfect buyer, thus a great return on investment! 

Personal shopping fee is $75 an hour plus the cost of purchases.
